1. Refund & Return Policy

At Jersey On Wheels, we want you to be happy with your purchase of authentic-style sports jerseys, whether bought online or from our food truck in Mumbai.Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (food truck / local sales).
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or payment receipt) is required.
- Customised, personalised, or specially ordered jerseys.
- Items bought on clearance, final sale, or promotional discounts (unless defective).
- Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags/packaging.
- Digital products or gift cards (if any).
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at jerseyonwheels@gmail.com with photos and order details.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping charges where applicable).
- Email jerseyonwheels@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide (customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective/wrong).
- For food truck / local purchases: Bring the item (with receipt) to our truck location during operating hours, subject to the same conditions.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.
- For cash purchases from the food truck, refunds will be given in cash or via UPI/bank transfer as mutually agreed.
- Online orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing us.
- Once shipped or purchased from the food truck, the return policy above applies.
