1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders placed online are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Areas & Delivery TimelinesWe currently ship within India only.
  • Mumbai (all areas): 1–3 business days. Same-day or next-day delivery may be possible for orders placed before 12 PM.
  • Rest of Maharashtra: 2–5 business days.
  • Rest of India (metros & major cities): 3–7 business days.
  • Remote / Tier-3 locations: 5–10 business days (may take longer in some cases).
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Delays can occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

  • Local Mumbai deliveries may have lower flat rates or free shipping during special campaigns.

4. Shipping PartnersWe partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, Shadowfax, Dunzo, or other local Mumbai delivery partners depending on the destination. The specific courier will be mentioned in your tracking email.5. Order TrackingOnce your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package on the courier’s website or app. If you face any issues, email us at jerseyonwheels@gmail.com with your order number.6. Local / Food Truck Options
  • You can also buy directly from our food truck in Mumbai for immediate handover (no shipping required).
  • In some cases, we may offer local Mumbai hand-delivery or pickup coordination — contact us in advance at jerseyonwheels@gmail.com to check availability.
7. Failed Delivery / Undelivered Packages
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the courier will usually make 1–2 more attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate at the time of ordering.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
  • In the rare event your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at jerseyonwheels@gmail.com with photos (if damaged) and tracking details.
  • We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
