Welcome to Jersey On Wheels. By accessing our website, placing an online order, or purchasing from our food truck in Mumbai, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Us
Jersey On Wheels sells sports jerseys and related merchandise online and through our mobile food truck in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy.3. Products & Descriptions
  • We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information. Slight variations in colour, fabric, or fit may occur.
  • Jerseys are sold as fan merchandise / replica-style items. We do not claim official affiliation with any sports team or league unless explicitly stated.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
  • Online orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods shown at checkout (online) or cash/UPI (food truck).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery & Local Sales
  • Online: Delivery timelines and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Delivery is primarily within Mumbai and other serviceable areas in India.
  • Food Truck / Local: Sales are final at the point of purchase subject to the Refund Policy. Locations and timings are shared via our social media or website.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery or handover.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, branding, logos, and product designs (except third-party team logos used under fair use or licensed rights) belong to Jersey On Wheels. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
  • Jersey On Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
